Nursery Reef Swami Rock

Fort Fredrick

15 min Boat Ride & 10-19 m Depth

Located in front of the historic Dutch fort, this unique rock formation is home to stunning anemones, vibrant coral reefs, turtles, stingrays, and a wide variety of tropical fish. One of the highlights is the rare and special giant frogfish, making this dive spot truly one of a kind.

Navy Island

20 min Boat Ride & 5-12 m Depth

Located near a restricted Sri Lankan Navy area, this dive site offers a beautiful mix of coral reefs and rock formations. The waters are teeming with a rich variety of colorful fish and vibrant corals, making it a great spot for divers of all levels.

Dutch Bay Reef

15 min Boat Ride and 10 m Depth

Dutch Bay Reef is a beautiful coral reef located close to our dive center. It’s an excellent spot for both divers and snorkelers to explore the vibrant marine life.

Uppuveli Reef

10 min Boat Ride and 9 m Depth

Uppuveli Reef is a shallow coral reef that has formed around the ruins of an old colonial bridge. This unique dive site offers a spectacular experience, showcasing impressive table coral formations and a diverse range of marine life, including turtles, stingrays, and nudibranchs.

Fort Rock

25 min Boat Ride & 25-30 m Depth

Fort Rock is an incredible dive site for experienced divers. This stunning rock formation features exciting swim-throughs and is home to large schools of fish, including Barracudas, Trevallies, Snappers, and Batfish. The site also boasts beautiful anemone gardens and a wide variety of marine life, such as big rays and tunas. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter a Whale Shark!

Swami Rock

15min Boat Ride & 8-22 m Depth

Situated beneath Trincomalee’s oldest temple, Swami Rock is a dive site filled with legends and mystery. It’s one of the most popular and fascinating spots in the area, featuring statues of Hindu gods like Shiva, Kali, and Ganesh. The site is teeming with marine life, including schools of fish, turtles, stonefish, and an incredible variety of eels, offering divers a truly unique experience.

Pigeon Island

30 min Boat Ride and 12 m Depth

Pigeon Island is a well-known site, with a large rock visible from the shore. It’s perfect for both snorkelers and open water divers.

The area is home to some of the largest table corals, staghorn corals, leaf corals, various types of brain corals, and many soft mushroom corals. Divers often spot blacktip reef sharks, measuring 1-3 meters, especially around the southeastern side of the island.
